Puli-Sistem

Since 1989, Puli-Sistem has been at the forefront of dairy innovation, launching its pioneering product, the Pulimamm, which introduced spinning brushes and disinfectant into the milking parlor—transforming hygiene practices on Italian dairy farms. A few years later came the F50 System, a lighter, handheld teat scrubber with an integrated motor—marking the company’s transition toward ergonomic, research driven technology.
Guided by continual research and a commitment to safety for both animals and operators, Puli Sistem earned the prestigious Prince Philip Award in Great Britain in 2004, followed in 2006 by top honors at Spain’s Concurso de Innovacion Tecnologica; in 2005, its F50 research was also featured at the National Mastitis Council Congress in Florida. Building on this success, the refined F60 became a durable staple in parlors worldwide, followed in 2007 by the innovative Footbrush, widely embraced across Europe and North America.
In 2015, Puli Sistem unveiled the F488 Teat Scrubber at the World Dairy Expo in Madison, WI—featuring a fourth brush for enhanced cleaning, faster, more consistent prep, and superior ergonomics in a lighter unit. Their latest, the F71, stands as a robust, user friendly successor—designed for heavy duty efficiency, easy maintenance, and comprehensive cow prep (strip, wash, dry, stimulate).
All scrubber components are acid resistant, safe with strong disinfectants—a testament to their research based engineering. Today, Puli Sistem’s systems operate across Belarus, Russia, Europe, Turkey, Japan, China, Taiwan, Australia, Canada, the USA, Brazil, Israel, Chile, South Africa, and the UAE, supported by a network of trained local dealers. Proudly saying “Puli-Sistem: often imitated, never duplicated! The global leader in the teat scrubber market!” —a fitting legacy of over three decades of innovation.
