TIG Welding
Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce a weld. An inert gas, usually argon, shields the weld area from contaminants. TIG welding offers precision and control, making it ideal for welding thin materials and creating high-quality welds.
Dual Shield Flux Core
Dual Shield Flux Core welding combines flux-cored wire with an external shielding gas, typically carbon dioxide or a mix of argon and carbon dioxide. This method provides deeper penetration and stronger welds, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications. It offers high deposition rates and is effective for welding thicker materials.
MIG Welding
Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding, also known as Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), utilizes a continuous wire electrode fed through a welding gun. An inert gas, typically argon or a mix of argon and carbon dioxide, shields the weld pool from contamination. MIG welding is efficient, versatile, and suitable for various metals.
Stick Welding
Stick welding, or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), uses a consumable electrode coated in flux to lay the weld. The electric current forms an arc between the electrode and the metals being joined. This process is versatile and can be used on various metals, indoors or outdoors, even in windy conditions.
